Fusion Dessert Workshop

To cultivate students' patience and cater to their interest. They can learn to make popular dessert, which are Chinese or Western. Also, students can experience the fun of cooking as making dessert is easier than making main course. In the course, student can learn how to make the most popular dessert such as Cupcake, Cheese cake.

Bridal Make-up Design

Students will learn the make-up procedures, Western and Chinese bridal make-up, use of eyelash and bridal styling. Students will be given opportunity to practice their skills in the course and there will be bridal shooting in the last lesson.

Hair Styling Design

The course will introduce hair styling appliances like the use of electric hair curler. Students can have practices on scraping hair, wearing braids and matching hair accessories. The training of Scouts adopts a progressive training supplemented by a series of proficiency badges. Scouts are lead through a step-by-step learning process, in which their efforts and achievements are awarded and appreciated.
The basic skills of Scouting activities like camping, cooking, exploration and other interests are included in this course.

C & NC Harmony and Volunteer Training Group

The group objective is to promote cultural exchange and harmony among Chinese and Non-Chinese students. Through the activities of cultural exchange program, students can learn to appreciate strengths of others with diverse social and cultural background. Also, they would join experiential program (eg visit the dialogue in the dark), volunteer training, services planning and service blind person. After finishing the program, students will participate in the Ocean Park Adventure Trip which is free of charge. Participants should be nominated by Ms Tse, School Social Worker.
