Measures

1. Life-wide learning fund

• Subsidy for various kinds of life-wide learning activities such as field trips, project studies, training courses, social services, etc.

2. Exercise books and air-conditioning fees
a) Students under the CSSA scheme
b) Students applying for the CSSA scheme
c) Students not under the CSSA scheme

• Pay the fees within September.
  Payment suspended until 1 month after government notification.
• Those with financial difficulties can apply for temporary suspension of payment.

3. Orientation camp

• Orientation day camp beginning from mid-July,
  with student nurturing program and form activities.

4. New Immigrants Support scheme

• Free adaptation programme, including English tutorial classes and visits of Hong Kong places.

5. Non-Chinese Speaking
Students support scheme

• Various kinds of assistance such as Chinese tutorial classes and academic support scheme.

6. New student adaptation support scheme

• English enhancing programme, Buddies scheme and student counselling support programme.

7. Student welfare fund

• Families having temporary financial difficulties
  can be given short-term financial assistance.
